Description
The H3C S5500 series covers H3C’s current campus aggregation switches, including models like the S5580X-HI with switching capacity of 2.4 Tbps across all configurations. Port options include Gigabit PoE++ models (up to 32 ports plus 4x 10G SFP+ and 4x 10/25G SFP28) and fiber-uplink models (up to 48 Gigabit ports plus 4x 10/25G SFP28). PoE++ variants support power budgets from about 470W to 2,870W depending on power supply configuration. Layer 3 features include OSPF, BGP, VXLAN, and MACsec, in a 1U rack-mount form factor.
