Yes. Most projects start with a free on-site or remote assessment, and we give you a firm quote after seeing what your setup actually needs.

  4. How fast do you respond to inquiries?

We aim to respond the same business day to calls, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries.

Network Security

  1. What does a network security solution include?

Firewall implementation, access control, threat prevention, and VPN setup, using vendors like Fortinet, Sangfor, and H3C.

  2. Do small businesses need a dedicated firewall?

If you’re running more than a consumer router, a dedicated firewall gives you real access control and threat prevention a basic router can’t. We’ll tell you honestly if your setup doesn’t need one yet.

  3. Can you secure an existing network you didn’t install?

Yes. We regularly audit and secure networks that were installed by someone else.

Structured Cabling

  1. What is structured cabling?

A properly designed, labeled data and fiber cabling system for a building — using Molex components — instead of ad hoc wiring run alongside power lines.

  2. Do you cable new offices or only upgrades?

Both. We handle new office fit-outs and cabling upgrades/cleanups for existing spaces.

  3. How long does a structured cabling project take?

It depends on the size of the space and number of drops needed — we give a firm timeline after the site assessment.

Wireless Networks

  1. Why does my office Wi-Fi have dead zones?

Consumer routers aren’t designed for concrete/steel commercial buildings or multi-floor coverage. Centralized Wi-Fi (Ruckus, Ubiquiti) is built for this.

  2. Do you do outdoor point-to-point wireless links?

Yes, using Infinet Wireless radio links for connecting buildings or sites without running cable between them.

  3. Can you upgrade my existing Wi-Fi instead of replacing everything?

Often yes — we assess what you have first and tell you honestly whether it needs a full replacement or just better placement/additional access points.

Network Management

  1. What’s the difference between a one-time install and managed network service?

A one-time install ends when the technician leaves. A managed service continues — monitoring, updates, and support under an ongoing contract.

  2. Do you manage networks you didn’t originally install?

Yes, we take over management of existing networks as well as ones we’ve built.

  3. What switch brands do you work with?

H3C, D-Link, and TRENDnet for L2/L3 managed and unmanaged switches.

IP PABX & Voice

  1. What is an IP PABX?

A phone system that runs calls over your network/internet connection instead of traditional analog phone lines, usually cheaper to run and easier to manage.

  2. Does an IP PABX still work during an internet outage?

This depends on how it’s configured — we discuss backup power and fallback options during the design conversation rather than promising a specific guaranteed uptime.

  3. Can you set up an IP PABX for a hotel or front desk?

Yes — we’ve set up phone systems for hospitality environments including Ramada Hotel Lahore.

CCTV & Surveillance

  1. What’s the difference between IP and analog CCTV?

IP cameras send digital footage over your network with typically better resolution and remote-viewing options; analog cameras use dedicated coaxial cabling and a DVR. We’ll recommend based on your building and budget.

  2. Can I view CCTV footage remotely on my phone?

Yes, IP camera systems support remote viewing — set up as part of the installation.

  3. What camera brands do you install?

Hikvision, Dahua, and Uniview for both IP and analog systems.

  4. How long is footage retained?

Retention depends on the storage size and number of cameras — this gets sized during the assessment rather than promised as a fixed number upfront.
