Meet the Team Behind 802 Network Solution
Every cabling job, Wi-Fi rollout, or CCTV install referenced on this site was scoped, installed, and handed over by a specific person on this page, not a rotating bench of subcontractors we bring in per project. Since 2017, the same core team has grown the company one project at a time, and this is who you will actually be dealing with if you picked up the phone.
We are a small team on purpose. A named engineer scopes your site, the same team installs it, and when something needs attention six months later, you are not starting over with someone new who’s never seen your network.
Leadership
Amir Jamil, CEO. Leads the company’s overall direction and stays personally involved in client relationships rather than working at a remove from day-to-day delivery.
Nadeem Jamil, Director. Oversees company operations, keeping projects, vendor relationships, and day-to-day running of the business moving together.
Client & Business Development
Khadija Saim, Business Development. First point of contact for a lot of new inquiries, working out what a prospective client actually needs before a project gets scoped.
Mateen Umar, Account Manager. Manages ongoing client accounts, the relationship layer between a finished install and whatever comes next for that client.
Hafeez ud Din, Assistant Sales Manager. Supports the sales process for new projects, from initial quote conversations through to handoff to the delivery team.
Kainat Aleem, Marketing Executive. Handles marketing for the company, including keeping the client-facing side of the business, like this website, accurate and current.
Project Delivery & Engineering
Faisal Nasim, Project Manager. Manages projects through installation and handover, the person keeping a job on schedule and making sure the right people and equipment show up at the right stage.
Sufyan Akram, Sr. Structured Cabling Engineer. Our senior structured cabling specialist, responsible for the technical planning and execution behind CAT6/6a and fiber cabling jobs, the physical layer every other service on this site depends on.
Muhammad Kashif, Asst. Structured Cabling Engineer. Works alongside Sufyan on structured cabling installs, supporting the technical execution on-site.
Field & Installation Team
Muhammad Aleem, Muhammad Shakeel, Aqeel, Muhammad Rashid, and Hafiz Ihsan make up our cable installation team, the people actually running cable, mounting hardware, and doing the physical, on-site work behind every project this company delivers. A structured cabling plan is only as good as the install, and this is the team that does it.

Will a real member of your team work on our project, or is this outsourced?
A real member of our team. We don’t subcontract project scoping or installation to outside labor; the people on this page are who actually plans and installs your network.
Who do we contact if something needs attention after the project is finished?
Whoever managed your project, usually through Faisal Nasim’s project delivery team or your account manager, Mateen Umar, depending on what stage you are at. You are not routed to a general queue.
How big is the 802 Network Solution team?
Small and deliberately so. Leadership, business development, project delivery, and a dedicated cabling and field installation team, all in-house, all based out of our Gulberg III office in Lahore.
Does the person who scopes our project actually stay involved through installation?
Yes. That continuity is one of the reasons the team stays this size rather than growing into layers of account managers and rotating technicians.
Is your team based in Lahore, or do you fly people in for projects?
Based in Lahore, working out of our Gulberg III office. Every project referenced on this site, from campus networks to hospital cabling, was delivered by this same Lahore-based team.
